NotesToPaper may be used on a Domino server as well as on a Notes client. The entire NotesToPaper functionality may easily be outsourced to a Domino server, due to the integration possibilities via Lotus script programing. The functionality and possibilities when NotesToPaper is used on a server are equal to those available on the client as NotesToPaper can be controlled via Lotus Notes agents. These agents may be invoked manually by users accessing the server or they may be automatic, periodic agents. The result, the finalized, complete report may be returned to the client. This might happen in the form of i.e. integrating the report into a new Notes document or by sending the report as an e-mail. The resulting report can be viewed and printed at any time, using the NotesToPaper freeware viewer. It is important to bear in mind, that this printout is of exactly the same quality as the report execution on the client side, there is no loss in quality whatsoever. These reports can be created in the native NotesToPaper format, just as well as in the PDF format in order to be able to use this output e.g. as part of a website. By using NotesToPaper on a Domino server, it is possible to use NotesToPaper for internet or intranet purposes. The report is either converted to the PDF format or the freeware viewer is integrated in the web page as an ActiveX control. This option will also guarantee report viewing and printing without any loss in quality.

NotesToPaper is a very versatile tool. To show how NotesToPaper may be used on a Domino server, we have developed a small sample application.
