NotesToPaper is a client-based software, which means that all the software's components have to be locally accessible in the computer. It is not possible for it to be server-installed in a manner that allows it to be used by all affiliated clients.
NotesToPaper is designed to also be run on a server (e.g. background agents) without any problems, the software will then have to be installed directly into the particular server.
Note: In order for NotesToPaper to be installed and run on a server, you will require a special NotesToPaper server license.
To an installation, the NotesToPaper components have to be copied to certain directories (usually onto the Notes System Directory). This installation can be done either automatically (using the installation program) or manually (e.g. by a Notes database or by a system administrator). The NotesToPaper runtime environment can be installed without having to restart Lotus Notes or the whole computer.
